1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as it enters processing immediately.
However, once you receive your order, you may contact our customer support team to initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be processed accordingly.
2. Priority & Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible for one of the following options in the event your package is confirmed lost in transit:
- Reshipment of the order, or
- A full refund
If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your order if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Loss claims must be verified based on carrier tracking information.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 200 countries and regions.
However, certain locations may be restricted. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you directly.
We operate fulfillment centers in the United States, Asia, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Orders are shipped from the warehouse with available stock at the time of purchase to ensure efficient delivery.
4. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Greenslimslim™ is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
If an error is made by our team, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
By placing an order, you agree that your shipment may be subject to such fees upon arrival.
6. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Central & South America: 15–25 business days
- Africa: 15–30 business days
Maximum estimated delivery time: up to 20–30 business days depending on region.
Processing time is typically 2–3 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
All delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier system.

8. Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in a single order may be shipped separately in multiple packages, even if combined shipping is selected.
